When she’s not scribbling inspirations, reading, or creating visual art, she likes to crochet and eat anything with coconut in it. Ibelisse lives with her husband Merl in Chicago, where she worked for almost a decade with The Salvation Army to aid men and women in successfully transitioning from prison back into society.
